Couplings
A coupling is a mechanical component that links two shafts to effectively transfer power from the driving side to the driven side, while accommodating any misalignment between the shafts.
Flex Couplings come in sizes 3-14 with finished bores in both inch and metric measurements. Additionally, Type B couplings that utilize QD bushings are also offered. Inserts are available in EPDM, Neoprene, and Hytrel, in both solid and split configurations.
These couplings require no lubrication or maintenance, ensuring a quick and straightforward installation. They facilitate 4-Way Flexing, including Parallel, Angular, Torsional, and Axial movements, and provide smooth and quiet operation.
