Warranty – All V-Belt Global Supply, LLC products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects at time of shipment.  Claims must be reported promptly to V-Belt Global Supply, LLC in writing, specifying type of product defect and date of purchase.  Any products found to be defective by an authorized representative of V-Belt Global Supply, LLC are limited to replacement of product or refund of the original purchase price.  V-Belt Global Supply, LLC cannot be responsible for consequential damages and labor charges.  Warranty does not cover deterioration due to normal wear, defects and damage due to alterations, negligence, and use beyond safe opeating limits.  V-Belt Global Supply, LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Product Return – Porducts must be returned within 30 days to be valid for credit.  Returned merchandise must have prior authorization. All returned merchandise without prior authorization will be refused and/or subject to a restocking charge of 15%.  Other than warranty product, the customer will be responsible for inbound and outbound freight. 

Freight Policy – Orders over $249.00 qualify for free freight.  Freight charges will be FOB shipping point and will be prepaid and added to the invoice.  Orders that qualify for free freight are over $249.00 and shipped by regular shippment inside the Continental US.  Expedited shipments or Next Day Air, or Second Day Air shipments do not qualify for free freight.
